A UC Berkeley law alum, LeHocky is a former litigation attorney, general counsel and corporate executive who has worked for over two decades in the areas of litigation management, dispute resolution and the behavioral sciences as they impact business decision-making. In addition to advising law firms and corporate organizations on these topics, He writes extensively on optimizing the client-counsel relationship and organization dynamics in the context of disputes, crisis events and major transactions.
