Application Procedure

The Berkeley Haas Loan Repayment Assistance Program application opens each year from June to July for the Summer Cycle, and from December to January for the Winter Cycle.

  • Summer cycle reviews payments made from January through June.
  • Winter cycle reviews payments made from July through December.

The Summer 2026 Cycle is opening soon! If you would like an alert when the application officially goes live, please complete the Sign-Up form to receive a notification from the Haas Financial Aid Office.

  • Current Resume
  • Documentation of Required Minimum Monthly Payment
    • Loan(s) Statements
  • Income Documentation
    • US Income
      • Federal Tax Return, W-2, and 1099 forms
      • Spouse/domestic partner’s Federal Tax Return, including W-2 and 1099 forms, if filed separately
    • Foreign Income
      • Country’s Income Tax Return/Statement
      • Country’s Annual Income Certificate
