The Haas Financial Aid Office can answer questions for current and prospective graduate students in person, by phone, through a scheduled consultation, or virtual drop-in hours. We are dedicated to serving masters-level graduate students at Haas and should be your first point of contact for related questions.
Office Hours
The Haas Financial Aid Office is available Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3:30 pm. We are closed and available by email at [email protected] and scheduled consultations on Mondays and Fridays.
Summer 2024 Office Hours: July 1- July 31, 2024
The Haas Financial Aid Office is available remote only during the month of July. The Team will operate remotely Monday through Friday and can be reached via email at [email protected].
Scheduled Consultations
Meet with a financial aid professional for assistance with your questions through a scheduled consultation. Scheduled consultations are available on Mondays and Fridays from 8 am to 3:30 pm.
Virtual Drop-in Hours
Virtual Drop-in Hours via Zoom are available on Tuesdays from 9 am to 10 am PST and Thursdays from 1 pm to 2 pm PST. Join the Haas Financial Aid Office Drop-in hour Zoom meeting for assistance with your questions. You will be placed in a meeting room and will have the opportunity to speak with a Haas Financial Aid staff member. Please note that during peak periods (June through September), wait times may be up to 15 minutes. We are doing our best to see students as quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated!
