Sara Sieteski

Acting Director of Haas Digital

Sara Sieteski is responsible for leading teaching and learning technology initiatives and managing the full portfolio of online offerings produced at Haas. She works with faculty partners and program staff in all aspects of content development and ongoing course operations. Prior to Haas, she spent 11 years working at the University of Pennsylvania and completed her Ph.D. at Bryn Mawr College. Most recently, she was the Online Learning, Classroom & Instructional Technologies Program Manager at Penn’s Nursing School, where she led efforts to launch a fully online Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and expanded certificate and continuing education offerings.

Xavier Gomez

Principal Instructional Designer

Xavier is an instructional designer with fifteen years of experience working in both higher education and corporate environments. His expertise centers on online and hybrid course design. In his spare time, he enjoys teaching instructional design, educational technologies, and ePortfolio development, as well as digital photography.

Fernando Corral

Learning Technology Specialist

With over 10 years of service working at the University of California, Fernando is no stranger to supporting new teaching and learning technologies. Fernando began his UC career working at his alma mater, UC Santa Cruz, after graduating as a proud banana slug in 2007. He transitioned to the role of Learning Management System Admin in 2014 with the Berkeley Resource Center for Online Education (BRCOE), where he supported the development and delivery of online learning initiatives at Haas, the School of Public Health, Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, and Summer Session departments. He joined the Haas Digital team in early 2017, where he manages learning technologies and LMS platforms and supports the development of engaging digital technology for online learning courses and programs.

Amy Ho

Instructional Designer

Amy is excited about leveraging technology to design better learning experiences for learners both inside and outside of the classroom. Before joining Haas, she worked with the Education team at Girls Who Code, creating resources for their free after-school programs and consulting on their project-based curriculum. She holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA and an M.A. in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Aria Priest


Aria is the producer/director for Haas Digital at UC Berkeley.  She helps our faculty and clients through their journey of building their content from script to screen.  She has over fifteen years of production experience in a range of changing environments as well as roles, from television to radio to movies to educational media.  Her favorite part of her work life is when she gets to spend time in the studio, and she really enjoys working with all of the Haas faculty and staff!

Deema brings her passion for editing to the video production process at Haas Digital. Originally from Saudi Arabia, Deema came to Berkeley to study film. Outside of her course work, she spends her time editing and baking, and especially loves cookies and banana bread.

Tania brings her video production talents to Haas Digital. Hailing from Los Angeles, Tania came to Berkeley to study Film and Media Studies. Passions outside of school include the DKA film fraternity and photography.

Matt Gibson

Student Assistant

Matt brings his general all-around talents in filmmaking to Haas Digital. Born in the U.K. and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Matt came to Berkeley to major in Media Studies. Matt is actively involved as Director of Media in BCEC, Berkeley’s Business Careers in Entertainment Club, as well as Industry Education Chair in Delta Kappa Alpha. Besides dressing dogs in quirky outfits, Matt is a BIG chai latte enthusiast.
