Getting Started with AI: A Guided, Project-Based Session

Ready to move from “talking about AI” to actually using it? Join us for a 60-minute, hands-on session where you will transform your repetitive daily tasks into custom AI-powered tools. No coding or “prompt engineering” experience required—just bring your ideas, and we’ll provide the engine. All experience levels are welcome!

What We’ll Accomplish Together:

• Choose Your Path: Use our custom Haas AI Navigator to brainstorm and draft a tool specifically for your department’s needs or make your own remix of the Haas Communications Remixer

• The 15-Minute Build: Spend dedicated time building your own app or “remixing” the pre-made Haas Communications tool to fit your voice.

• Level Up Your Workflow: Learn how to add professional forms, dropdowns, and “memory” to your tools so they can be shared with your team.

• Win the $500 AI Innovation Prize: Get a head start on your submission for the Haas AI Innovation Prize (Deadline: April 3, 2026).

Preparation (Important!)

To make the most of our building time, please:

1. RSVP in advance: Please RSVP to be added to the Haas Playlab workspace. Registering ahead of time provides the best opportunity for building. We can still add you during the session if you haven’t registered, but this may limit your building time.

2. Bring one task: Think of one repetitive task (drafting emails, summarizing reports, prepping for meetings) you’d like to automate.

3. Log in early: Ensure you can access Playlab.ai (via Calnet) before the session starts.
