The Foundation component addresses topics of interest to the whole Berkeley Haas’ management community. Foundation activities provide Berkeley Haas’ Managers a common language and tools for managing toward our strategic goals.
Activities organized under the Foundation component are open to all supervisors and managers in the school. These activities are mostly coordinated and underwritten by Haas HR and the Dean’s office.
The Workshop Series for Berkeley Haas Managers covers relevant management and leadership topics with a school specific focus and is facilitated by our own senior managers.
Addressing Berkeley Haas’ organizational goals, these customized development programs are presented by experts in relevant management and leadership topics and/or offered by our own UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education.
Receiving and acting on feedback is an important part of our principle of Students Always. Berkeley Haas offers assessments to raise managers’ awareness about their professional strengths and development needs and to guide management/leadership action planning.
