360 Feedback
This multi-rater feedback assessment of capabilities critical to the role of managers at Berkeley Haas is conducted every 18-24 months and coordinated by Haas HR. All Berkeley Haas managers participate.
Individual Assessments
These assessments help Berkeley Haas managers look at how they approach work and their interactions with others, offering an opportunity to increase self-awareness about behavioral tendencies that are quickly noticed and capable of enhancing job performance, specifically managerial performance.
