Cal Rec Club
The Cal Rec Club is one of the Bay Area’s most complete sports and fitness membership programs open to Cal students, faculty, staff and the community. The Be Well At Work Wellness Program strives to create a healthy work environment through integrated programs designed to provide tools for healthy lifestyles, preventing injury and illness, and contributing to higher performance, morale, and job satisfaction. Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employee Assistance offers assistance with a wide range of issues, including: child and teenager problems, work related stress, elder and dependent adult care, and more. In addition to services to individuals, EAP also provides free and confidential consultation and training services for faculty and staff management and campus administration related to behavioral health problems such as mental illness, chemical dependency, interpersonal problems, employee deaths, threats of violence, work stress and change management, etc., that impact workplace functioning.
