Ownership Initiative at Institute for Business & Social Impact

We are a collaboration across multiple partners within Haas School of Business, including Institute for Business & Social Impact (IBSI), Center for Responsible Business (CRB), and Center for Social Sector Leadership (CSSL).

This collaboration aims to strengthen the Haas School of Business activities related to research, education, and policy and practice on various ownership models – including worker and employee ownership, worker cooperatives, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), and foundation ownership.
