Maximiliano Carlomagno holds a Master’s degree in Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, with a research focus on Corporate Venturing and Open Innovation.

Maximiliano Carlomagno has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and serves as a guest lecturer in corporate innovation at FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and Insper. Maximiliano is also a visiting researcher at Florida International University.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate innovation, Maximiliano has worked with leading multinational companies such as Roche, Nestlé, AB InBev, Scania, Sanofi, and others. As the co-founder and leader of Innoscience, Latin America’s foremost innovation consulting firm, he specializes in innovation strategy, open innovation, corporate venturing, and intrapreneurship.
Earlier in his career, Maximiliano co-founded a corporate startup in the financial services sector during the dot-com bubble, gaining firsthand entrepreneurial experience. A regular speaker on topics such as corporate innovation, corporate-startup engagement, and innovation governance, he is also a columnist for MIT Sloan Management Review Brazil, where he has published several articles on these subjects.
