Dr. Justyna Dąbrowska is a Vice Chancellor’s Research Fellow, Innovation Management at RMIT University. Her research centers around innovation management, with a focus on organizational renewal, the development of open innovation capabilities, collaborations between mature companies and startups, innovation ecosystem orchestration, and the impacts of digitalization on modern business practices.
She has extensive experience in managing large-scale international projects in the areas of open innovation, business acceleration, sustainability, and digital transformation, as well as collaborating with a wide range of companies from different industries. She is closely involved with business practice through research projects, education programs, and in speaker, mentor, and advisory roles.
The results of her research and innovation frameworks were adopted by various global companies. Before her academic career, she worked in strategic functions in the automotive and manufacturing sectors in Europe.
