The Tech Lead for the Ericsson 5G Innovation Challenge will be responsible for leading the technical development of new business models for 5G. This role requires experience in leading software development teams, an understanding of the 5G technology landscape, and a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
- Lead the technical development of new business models for 5G in collaboration with Ericsson’s cross-functional teams
- Design and architect solutions that meet the requirements of the 5G market and ecosystem
- Select and implement appropriate technologies for software development
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and functionalities
- Communicate technical vision and strategy to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the 5G technology landscape and ecosystem
