The VP Marketing for the Berkeley Innovation Forum will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the platform. This role requires experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies, including lead generation, content marketing, community building, event marketing, influencer marketing, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in marketing director or similar roles, familiarity with marketing analytics and tools, and strong communication and project management skills. Additionally, the candidate should be creative, collaborative, and have a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Berkeley Innovation Forum platform
  • Implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive engagement and build the community of students, corporates, and faculties
  • Lead and manage multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
  • Create compelling marketing materials and presentations for the platform
  • Build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, students, and faculty
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
  • Collaborate with the team of UC Berkeley students to develop innovative marketing ideas and initiatives
