The Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination provides prompt and effective responses to complaints of hostile work/academic environment, sexual or racial harassment, or other discrimination. The office also initiates, coordinates, and conducts investigations into claims of violations of campus policy in all areas covered under Title IX and Title VI law. Its scope of responsibility is campus-wide covering faculty, staff, and students.
To report and resolve:
- Sexual or racial harassment, or any discriminatory behavior that is creating a hostile environment on a prohibited basis, contact the Director of the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination.
- Discrimination based on disability, including failure to accommodate, consult the DSP Resolution Process.
- An incident related to University housing, review the Residential Conduct Process.
