Alexandra Begue works at the intersection of innovation, creativity, and human connection, empowering changemakers to build things that matter and shape a better future.
Her philosophy is rooted in more than a decade of experience in customer engagement, network development, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. She realised early on that the greatest barriers to innovation weren’t in technology, but in human collaboration. This insight led her to become a Doctoral researcher (DBA), where she explores how neuroscience and relational intelligence can help leaders de-risk early-stage innovation and strengthen collaboration in complex and uncertain environments.

Selected among the Top 5 worldwide SAP intrapreneurship startup initiatives for her social-impact innovation, she went on to support thousands of intrapreneurs and scale the program across 70+ countries, co-authoring the first SAP Venture Building Guide book. Today, as part of SAP’s Research & Innovation team, she helps shape the future of AI and enterprise software, having founded a global customer co-creation hub rooted in open innovation. She connects some of the world’s largest enterprises with SAP researchers, engineers, and designers to co-create responsible and ethical technology solutions.

Beyond her role at SAP, Alexandra advances open innovation as a Board member of French Tech Berlin, uniting more than 5,000 innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Her diverse path as an award-winning nature documentary filmmaker and Ambassador for the NGO Elephants, Rhinos & People (ERP) reflects a single truth: change and innovation are born from human connection.
