Florence Lecuyer is a seasoned innovation and partnerships executive with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology, business development, and ecosystem collaboration. She currently serves as Chief of Staff for Digital Innovation & Partnerships at Michelin, where she leads the iSPARK team and drives strategic initiatives to accelerate innovation and strengthen external collaborations.
Previously, Florence was International Director at Schoolab, where she expanded global open innovation programs and led strategic consulting engagements. She spent 12 years at Telefónica in various leadership roles—including Head of the Silicon Valley Office—where she built international partnerships and led innovation scouting in emerging technologies.
With experience in both startups and consulting, Florence has led the full innovation lifecycle—from identifying future-facing trends to structuring proofs of concept and scaling co-developed solutions—ensuring alignment between fast-paced experimentation and long-term business objectives. Earlier in her career, she contributed to award-winning product and marketing initiatives at Amazon UK, O2 UK, EURORSCG, and Chapitre.com.
She currently serves on the board of French Tech Lyon Saint-Étienne, actively supporting the regional tech ecosystem.
