Jérôme Michaud holds a master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), complemented by an advanced certificate in the Management of Technology & Entrepreneurship. He is also PMP® certified and accredited by Innosuisse in the fields of project and innovation management.

In his current role at Genève Aéroport, Jérôme shapes the airport’s open innovation agenda, leading strategic collaborations with startups and international partners to deliver measurable business, operational, and customer impact. He brings more than 15 years of experience across innovation, technology, and operations management, including one successful entrepreneurial exit and two corporate M&As.

His entrepreneurial drive led him early on to support the concept development of BComp and to found his first company in 2010. After five years and a successful exit, he joined Procter & Gamble, where he contributed to driving and scaling innovation within global operations, notably taking ownership of P&G’s Open Innovation program in Switzerland. He later engaged with several accelerator programs in Digital and Consumer Health and is now an active Innosuisse Innovation Mentor.

Jérôme’s work sits at the intersection of business and technology, with a focus on transforming emerging ideas into scalable solutions. His mission is to empower organizations to accelerate growth while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
