Davide Ritorto holds a degree in Management Engineering and an International MBA focused on innovation, during which he attended exchanges at the University of St. Gallen, UCL, EADA and Audencia deepening his expertise in Business Model Innovation and Corporate Venturing.

At Lamborghini, Davide pitched and is now setting up a new open innovation and venture clienting model from scratch. His work focuses on building lean governance, engaging business units, and running startup collaborations that solve concrete business challenges, with a particular focus on AI-driven innovation. Before this role, he worked in Global After Sales Strategy and as Project Manager for the Urus and Lanzador lines, which strengthened his customer-centric and continuous improvement approach.
Outside his corporate role, Davide is the founder of Open Road Ventures and The Corporate Venturing Podcast, a newsletter and podcast on Open Innovation and Corporate Venturing. He interviews CVC leaders and corporate innovators, mentors startups at Motor Valley Accelerator, and is active in international venture and corporate innovation communities, aiming to bridge corporates and startups to create practical, long-term value.
