VP of Education
Lead content, learning design, and knowledge flow for the Squad.
What you’ll do
- Audit & elevate existing bCourses content—make it clearer, fresher, and more engaging for today’s learners.
- Design new learning experiences: micro-videos, infographics, podcasts, case studies, templates, interactive modules, and “how-to” guides.
- Channel expert knowledge from faculty, alumni, and advisors into workshops ask-me-anything (AMA) sessions, and guides.
- Launch our internal learning portal (Notion or similar) as the one-stop hub for resources, booking, templates, and feedback.
- Own the Squad’s brand look & feel—from slide decks to social posts.
- Standardize project templates so every team delivers polished, professional outputs.
You’re a great fit if you…
- Are a UC Berkeley undergrad or grad student with fall ’25 availability (~5-7 hrs/wk).
- Love turning complex ideas into clear, bite-sized content (experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe, or Premiere is a plus).
- Have led or organized student trainings, tutoring, or curriculum projects.
- Are comfortable giving and receiving fast feedback in a creative sprint environment.
- Are energized by the mission to “make knowledge flow and accelerate abundance.”
