VP of Partnerships
Expand our reach, build career-boosting networks, and build a digital legacy.
What you’ll do
- Own student recruiting events: plan info sessions, tabling, cross-club collabs, and host “past-participant” panels.
- Connect faculty & advisors with students by creating connections to foster knowledge exchange.
- Forge campus alliances with clubs, labs, and programs to co-host events and share resources.
- Stand-up career workshops with Career Center partners—résumé clinics, design-thinking for job search, etc.
- Launch networking frameworks so current members tap into alumni and pro networks.
- Coordinate faculty office hours for project support and feedback loops.
- Drive social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads) to showcase student wins and OIS impact stories.
You’re a great fit if you…
- Are a UC Berkeley undergrad or grad student available fall ’25 (~5-7 hrs/wk).
- Thrive on building relationships—whether cold-emailing executives or rallying students at Sproul.
- Have run events, club growth, or social media campaigns (analytics instincts a plus).
- Enjoy translating academic research into real-world opportunities for your peers.
- Are ready to represent Berkeley’s Open Innovation spirit on and off campus.
