After a years long long hiatus, we held an in-person to the 43rd Annual Real Estate & Economics Symposium on February 6, 2023 where we explored the ever-changing real estate landscape.
Ken Rosen returned to share his economic forecast and insights. In addition, a panel of industry leaders in alternative housing solutions shared their visions and products on innovative housing disruptions. Rounding out the day there were two panels focused on the post-pandemic state of real estate exploring how capital markets & real estate lending is changing and the state of the workplace.
