In these popular sustainable courses, graduate and undergraduate student teams work on live consulting projects delving into sustainability and corporate responsibility challenges, while developing their project and client management skills. Client firms have included Wells Fargo, Airbnb, Method Products, General Mills, Nike, and others.

Sustainable consulting courses offer companies the opportunity to tap the energy, ideas, and expertise of students who bring experience and skills in sectors ranging from business and policy to engineering and environment. Student teams examine an issue, problem, or decision that is central to the sponsoring company’s corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy.

Teams are supervised and evaluated by course instructors Debbie Krackeler, Sasha Radovich, and Glen Low, experts in corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy. For MBA students, the Strategic & Sustainable Business Solutions (SSBS) course satisfies the applied learning requirement.
