High school seniors can apply for direct entry to the Haas School of Business through one of three program options:

Spieker Undergraduate Business Program

The Spieker Program is a four-year undergraduate business program that provides opportunities for deeper learning and enrichment, including career development and internships, study abroad, entrepreneurship programs, capstone projects, mentorship engagements, and student leadership experiences.

Beginning in Fall 2023, you can apply to the Spieker Program as a high-school senior.

Global Management Program

The Global Management Program (GMP) is a direct-admit program for students interested in learning about business from a global perspective. Graduates earn a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in global management.

Management, Entrepreneurship, & Technology (M.E.T.) Program

The M.E.T. program is for students who want to be at the intersection of engineering and business. It’s an opportunity to earn two bachelors of science degrees—one from the College of Engineering and one from the Haas School of Business.
