Activation Form
For cellular international activation service, Haas Telecom recommends submitting your requests at least five (5) business days before your departure.
To expedite your requests, please submit your activation requests directly to Campus Telecom through this TelCat form (CalNet login required). Remember to include the start and end travel dates and travel destinations.
