4/11/25 – C320, C325, C330 Laptop Connection not working – use the Lectern PC
4/2/25 – C320, C325 & C330, are being updated, recordings are unavailable. some functions (connecting a Laptop) are being fixed.
3/12/25 – N270 Panopto Recorder not functioning. Fixed
3/12/25 – N570 Panopto Recorder audio issues. Temp Panopto Recording (no Monitoring)
3/12/25 – S480 Wireless Audio Receiver fixed & PGM audio fixed
3/12/25 – F295 HDMI Connection issues.
3/12/25 – C320, C325, C330 Connection to Monitor & USB-C connection issues
3/12/25 – C325 Cameras found on Manual & turned away from classroom
3/12/25 – F320 Mic Issue fixed – Camera system issue, 3 of cameras work, Cameras use on Manual
3/12/25 – Well Fargo Room QSC Matrix freeze on the Wall Monitor
3/12/25 – Chou Lutron connection to Control Panels disconnected: N100, N170, N270, N400, N440, N444 (the Control Panel does not Control Projector Screens, Lights, Blinds) Work around use wall switches
3/12/25 – Control Panel Missing. Fixed
3/12/25 – N270 Camera glitchy. Fixed
3/12/25 – N370 Left & Right Projector changed, Center Projector may appear dimmer

11/1/2024 – C110: Projector not connecting with Extron CR, part time solution: Crash Cart
1/1/2024 – Classroom Control Panel Pin System at lectern not available to use by users
1/1/2024 – Chou Lutron disconnected to all Control Panels, (control of projectors, Shades & lights no possible from CR) use wall controls.

2/13/25 – N270 Panopto Recorder not functioning.
2/13/25 – N570 Panopto Recorder audio issues.
2/12/25 – N400 Projector command/crestron issue, use Projector remote
1/16/25 – Chou Lutron connection to Control Panels disconnected: N100, N170, N270, N400, N440, N444 (the Control Panel does not Control Projector Screens, Lights, Blinds) Work around use wall switches

1/15/25 – N270 Camera glitchy
1/15/25 – C230 – pc monitor would not turn on, Fixed
