Design

  • The ideal size is 3’ x 11’
  • Use the Brand Toolkit for style guidelines such as colors, fonts, and logo downloads

Ordering

  • 13oz vinyl is recommended
  • Request grommets on all sides

Hanging

  • Put your dates in the Cronk Gate Banner Calendar (email [email protected] for access)
  • You are responsible for putting up and taking down your banner
  • Banners must be taken down within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event

All event planning should keep disability access in mind.

  • Designate an Access Coordinator for every event
  • Provide an Accessibility Statement on all promotional materials
  • Virtual events must be closed captioned

A is left, and B is right as you are looking at them. The right side “B” elevator has the blue asterisk or star of life which indicates the cab is large enough for a stretcher.

  • Account for setup time in your start time.
  • Account for 1.5 hours for cleaning in your end time.
  • All details are important for evaluation.
  • Do not put in multiple dates if your event is not 100% confirmed (e.g. speaker still pending).  Put in one reservation for your target date and list alternatives in details.
  • Do not modify your reservation.  Email [email protected] for changes.

Follett is available to sell Haas Gear during your event.  A minimum of four weeks notice is required. Please contact Sarah Bottger to inquire about hosting a popup.

Please email  [email protected] to coordinate a time to pick up keys at S549. Pick-up times are generally Monday through Friday from 10:30am- 12pm and 2:30pm – 4pm.

Guests can utilize the Lactation Rooms at Haas.  Registration is required through this website.

Northside Loading Dock

  • Turn off Piedmont Avenue to South Drive.  Veer left to go down toward loading dock.
  • There will be two spaces next to each other. Park in the spot labeled “Haas School” – the other space is dedicated for Cafe Think staff.
  • Be sure to display your parking pass on the dashboard.

Southside Loading Dock

  • Turn off Piedmont Avenue onto Optometry Lane.  If coming from the South, you will need to take a U-Turn at the Stop sign near the stadium to be able to turn onto Optometry Lane.
  • The Southside Loading dock will be on your right hand side.  Parking in the spot to the far right as indicated by the sign.
  • Be sure to display your parking pass on the dashboard.

If you need furniture to be moved for your event, fill out the Moving Services Request Form and return it to [email protected]

Haas Prayer & Meditation room is located in the Cheit building, C122.

The room has code access for privacy. Haas students should contact their Program Office to receive an access code for the room. Haas staff and faculty should contact Facilities at [email protected]

It is imperative that you advise your guests to settle all tickets at the pay stations first before going to their vehicles.

  • The ticket received at the entrance is put in first.
  • The Validation Ticket is put in second as the form of payment.
  • The Validation Ticket is returned from the machine, which is what is used to exit the garage.
  • If your guests have any issues with validations at the pay station or gate, please advise them to press the “assistance button” on the machines.
