Alice Devine is a lecturer for the undergraduate real estate foundations class and a career advisor for the Nancy and Douglas Abbey Master of Real Estate Development + Design (MRED+D) students at UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design. Her book, Suite Deal, the Smart Landlord’s Guide to Leasing Real Estate, has won the Bruss/Robinson Award from the National Association of Real Estate Editors and she has authored over 45 industry articles. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters degree from Stanford University. She serves on the Fisher Center Public Conferences committee and is a former board member of Rebuilding Together, a non-profit that renovates housing and community centers.
