
Participants will learn about and apply a toolkit of business methodologies to launch food products in global markets. They’ll gain a practical understanding of design thinking, lean launch, business model innovation, and open innovation. Food companies will explore product-market fit in the U.S. for their offerings, explore opportunities to market their products and services to customers, and learn about the regulatory environment they will need to navigate in the American market. Companies also may explore new product development, business models, and customer segments.
This program is designed to prepare Ukrainian food companies with the opportunity to explore the U.S. market and develop new business models, customer segments, and approaches. They’ll work to develop disruptive, innovative approaches that solve a market challenge and spur the commercial potential of creativity.
