Nils Hellmer

Nils Hellmer is currently the VP of Finance & Strategy at Fivetran.

Previously, he held finance leadership positions at various startups, including Ibotta, which he took public in 2024.

Nils was formerly Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and has spent most of his career in technology investment banking in San Francisco and London. During his tenure, Nils advised numerous corporate clients on major strategic milestones like initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, anti-raid, activism defense, and financings. At Goldman Sachs, Nils specialized in private company M&A and executed over $40bn in private equity transactions.
