About
Arman Zand has more than 26 years of experience in technology and venture finance. He is a Venture Partner at Tribe Capital where he helps early stage portfolio companies with all facets of finance. He was most recently CFO at Zeni.ai, a Series B AI finance and accounting startup. Prior to Zeni.ai, Arman was CFO at Prodigy which was acquired by UPST in 2021. Arman is an angel investor and advisor to banks, venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies. Arman started his career at Silicon Valley Bank in the US, India, U.K, the Middle East, and Asia, helping expand the bank globally over a 15 year year span. Arman speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and Persian. He is a part-time professional faculty member at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, his alma mater.
