MBA Program
Real Estate is an area of concentration within the Haas MBA Program, offering students a rigorous foundation in real estate economics, finance, development, law, and planning. The program is supported by a strong ecosystem of co-curricular opportunities through the Fisher Center for Real Estate + Urban Economics, the Accelerating Careers in Real Estate (ACRE) program, the Berkeley Real Estate Club (BREC), and local industry partners.
Graduates pursue careers across the real estate and urban development landscape, including development, private equity, investment banking, lending, asset and portfolio management, government and housing agencies, and advisory roles. The curriculum emphasizes analytical depth and real-world application, with students engaging in case studies, applied projects, competitions, and coursework informed by current industry practice.
