WHAT:


The tenth annual Women in Leadership Conference at the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business will focus on “Striking a Balance: Our Futures & Options” this year. Industry panels will provide insights into issues face by women in particular industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and consulting. Issue panels will explore pressures both in the workplace and outside it. A set of interactive workshops will create opportunities for networking while giving attendees tangible tools in such areas as gender communications and negotiating with power.

The Women in Leadership Conference is organized entirely by Berkeley MBA students in the Women in Leadership Club and is the longest running student-organized conference at the Haas School of Business. Sponsors include FedEx, Ford, and the Guidant Foundation.
