With over 20 years of experience in higher education, my focus is on organizational health, strategic and collaborative leadership, systems and design thinking, decision science, optimization of systems/processes/resources, hybrid project management, and impactful insight attained through developing people and fostering well-being, creativity, and innovation by bridging people, teams, technology, and meaningful data/analyses. Outside of work, I love enjoying peace in nature, meaningful and quirky art across different media, and reading and writing under the sun.
