Brian Berrellez

Director, Business Solutions & Intelligence

Brian’s focus is on organizational health, strategic and collaborative leadership, systems and design thinking, decision science, optimization of systems/processes/resources, hybrid project management, and impactful insight attained through developing people and fostering well-being, creativity, and innovation by bridging people, teams, technology, and meaningful data/analyses.  Outside of work, he loves enjoying peace in nature, meaningful and quirky art across different media, and reading and writing under the sun.

Mel Dixon

Senior Business Analyst

Mel works on operational effectiveness and digital solutions across core Haas applications and workflows. With a strong focus on streamlining processes and maintaining reliable system performance, Mel ensures staff and stakeholders have the tools and support needed to succeed. Mel’s dedication to continuous improvement helps foster a seamless digital environment for the Haas community.

Sreekala Nair

Senior Business Analyst

Sreekala works on business systems and technical operations across the school’s core application portfolio. Passionate about process optimization and service continuity, Sreekala collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, technology-aided solutions. Through active problem-solving and technical expertise, Sreekala helps ensure school operations run smoothly and effectively.

Vina Ryan

Integration Engineer

Vina leverages her technical and automation expertise to optimize workflows, system integrations, and communication platforms across the school. Specializing in digital solutions and process automation, Vina works to enhance user experience and eliminate operational bottlenecks. Vina is committed to leveraging modern tools to build reliable, efficient systems for the team and broader community.

Kim Huynh

Senior Business Analyst

Kim works on business analysis and technical solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, particularly with Admissions and student services. Kim helps design and support tools that empower teams across Haas. Kim’s approach ensures that technology solutions are both practical and closely aligned with unit goals.

Michael Lin

Software Engineer

Michael works on the maintenance and development of the school’s custom web applications. Working from technical specifications provided by Business Analysts, he builds, updates, and refines core software features. Specializing in C# and .NET development, Michael helps keep our custom applications updated for the Haas community.
