Shared Ownership Initiative

We are a collaboration across multiple partners at UC Berkeley, including Institute for Business & Social Impact (IBSI), Center for Responsible Business (CRB), and Center for Social Sector Leadership (CSSL). Our work aims to strengthen the UC Berkeley activities related to education, research, and policy on shared ownership models, including Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs), foundation ownership, and worker ownership.

We are a member of the University Consortium on Employee Share Ownership.
