EGAL (Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership) is pleased to invite you to our fifth annual Investing in Inclusion Pitch Competition on Friday, April 8 from 9:30am-12:30pm in Spieker Forum. This competition provides MBA students and their teams the opportunity to apply innovative problem-solving to issues of exclusion and marginalization. This year’s finalists represent Northwestern Kellogg, Yale SOM, IE Business School, and Berkeley Haas. 

Cultural Intelligence ToolKit leverages natural language processing and ethnographic artificial intelligence to identify a brand’s cultural intelligence strengths and gaps.

Firstly is a cohort-based career development program designed to bridge the gap between access and inclusion for first-generation/low-income students. 

Paraventures is developing an online platform to match people with disabilities and athletes to experience outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, etc.

Innerlytic is building bias-learning technology that helps corporations and people discover their biases.
