Micro-OB PhD Students
Micro-track PhD students are trained to become academics active in areas including judgment and decision-making, status and power, organizational culture, gender, ethics, diversity, the self, negotiations, and nonverbal interactions. Research by faculty and students in the micro track is primarily empirical, often using field and laboratory studies and experiments to collect and analyze data.
