The Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics facilitates and promotes research by real estate faculty, faculty associates, staff researchers, and dissertation research by doctoral students on real estate markets, energy efficiency and sustainability, financial institutions, the California economy, and other urban and regional economy topics.
The Center maintains an online working paper series, as well as an archive of research and policy reports, recent faculty publications, and the Berkeley Program on Housing and Urban Policy, reflecting its decades-long history of scholarship in this field.
