Join us for A Celebration of Haas With Professor Don Moore!
The Chicago Haas alumni chapter is excited to host Professor Moore for an engaging discussion spanning his time as interim Dean of Haas, his current research and applications to organizational trends currently seen, and potentially a live experiment to bring attendees closer together. This event is sure to offer recent admits a unique view into Haas, alumni a great learning opportunity, and all attendees an engaging opportunity to connect.
Don Moore holds the Lorraine Tyson Mitchell Chair in Leadership at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, where he has served as Associate Dean and Acting Dean. He received his Ph.D. in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University. His research interests include overconfidence, including when people think they are better than they actually are, when people think they are better than others, and when they are too sure they know the truth. He strives for well-calibrated confidence (without attitude).
