Costeaux Bakery, 100 years old, has consistently won gold medals at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair, a highly competitive local tradition. Javier Tenorio (B.S. ’09), Director of Operations, will guide us through the 30,000-square-foot, environmentally sustainable, state-of-the-art production facility that he oversees. Then we will literally taste Costeaux’s sweet (and savory) success.
