In recognition of the challenges that many parents in the Haas population have been facing in the time of COVID in trying to simultaneously serve as parent, professional, school teacher and MBA student, two mothers on the CMG Career Coaching team have developed a session to give parents space to connect with and support each other as well as practical steps that can be taken right now to create more balance and sense of control as you plan for the Fall.

Intended Audience:

This session is designed for primary caretakers who want to find some better footing with balancing the many demands on their time, energy and focus.

In this session you will:

• Have the opportunity to slow down and focus on your own needs while having honest conversation with your parent classmates

• Learn to better voice needs, establish boundaries and make critical requests

• Receive live support from CMG Coaches and accountability from your classmates

The format of this session is interactive, conversational and infused with lots of peer learning.
