The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) has extended an invitation to Berkeley Haas alumni for their event with Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D., the director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) at the Food and Drug Administration.

The center is responsible for assuring the safety and effectiveness of biological products, including vaccines, allergenic products, blood and blood products, and cellular, tissue, and gene therapies. Dr. Marks is currently overseeing the COVID-19 vaccine review process.

Agenda topics will include: Getting to vaccine approval, the differences between the different vaccines, getting adoption, who should use it and general Q&A. When registering, please specify “guest” in the box where it asks for EO Chapter.
