January 11: Cultural Effectiveness in a Post-Pandemic World
Academics and industry practitioners joined us to share new knowledge and best practices on the role of culture in shaping organizational effectiveness.
The agenda focused on building diverse workplace cultures, managing culture change in an area of hybrid work and post-merger cultural integration.
Speakers from Disney/Pixar, Converse, Deloitte, Humu and Microsoft joined us alongside leading academics from Harvard and the UC Berkeley. Below is a schedule for January 11, including our keynote speakers.
