Here you will find a collection of some of our most commonly used resources. At the Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership, we regularly consider what our peers and fellows in business need the most. We aim to identify deficiencies and generate tools and resources to fill the gaps.
All of our resources are developed by our team of research and industry experts who specialize in fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in business. We believe that making these resources free and readily available is just one way we can cultivate a more equitable and accessible future.
Playbooks
Equity Fluent™ Leadership (EFL) Playbooks deliver strategies and tools for business leaders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Playbooks serve as a bridge between academia and industry, highlighting and translating research into practitioner-oriented strategies. Aligned with our mission of igniting and accelerating change, these resources also advance EFL education on campus, including through the development of business school case studies.
Thought Leadership
The Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership develops thought leadership in two main forms: our blog and newsletters. Explore what we have to say about diversity, equity, and inclusion hot topics, Equity Fluent™ Leadership, events, and business strategies.
Industry Survey
The Berkeley Haas Industry Survey is a resource built by EGAL to serve the growing number of MBA students interested in honing skills needed to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within organizations. We developed this survey in partnership with our MBA student advisory board to gauge Equity Fluent skills and competency.
Our findings are used to support EGAL and the Berkeley Haas School of Business with curriculum development, student learning pathways, and career management and recruiting. EGAL plans to continue expanding the Industry Survey in the near future.
