Bill is the Relationship Manager for financial services recruiting. He is also a member of the finance faculty, and has a broader role in developing the academic finance program at Berkeley Haas, representing it from admissions through alumni relations. Prior to Haas, Bill worked at JPMorgan and predecessors in New York and then San Francisco for 20 years, with experience in leveraged finance and industry coverage groups and as head of credit for the West Coast.

Prior to coming to Haas, Doug spent 15+ years doing business development in the technology industry. His time in the corporate world has helped him realize the importance of networking and building long-term and meaningful relationships. He enjoys collaborating with companies to maximize their recruiting efforts as well as helping students get started on their career path. In addition to being a Relationship Manager, Doug also acts as the Career Management Group (CMG) Business Development Manager focusing on expanding the number of companies in the CMG portfolio.
