Here you will find a collection of some of our most commonly used resources. At the Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership, we regularly consider what our peers and fellows in business need the most. We aim to identify deficiencies and generate tools and resources to fill the gaps.
All of our resources are developed by our team of research and industry experts who specialize in fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in business. We believe that making these resources free and readily available is just one way we can cultivate a more equitable and accessible future. Playbooks
Equity Fluent® Leadership (EFL) Playbooks deliver strategies and tools for business leaders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Playbooks serve as a bridge between academia and industry, highlighting and translating research into practitioner-oriented strategies. Aligned with our mission of igniting and accelerating change, these resources also advance EFL education on campus, including through the development of business school case studies.
