Creating Value for our Members

Hideto Okada, Head of Technology Strategy Unit

Fujitsu Innovation Challenge

“Although we are widely known in Japan, we faced the challenge of increasing our visibility in the global market, especially in the U.S. market.

The wonderful members of the UC Berkeley team conducted interviews and research with people inside and outside our company and then made recommendations for future branding strategies starting from our strengths in HPC -the supercomputer “Fugaku” (one of the fastest in the world) – and AI technologies.

It was a great opportunity for us to receive objective strategy recommendations in a six-month period, bringing new insights and perspectives to our technology promotion activities.”
