Andrew Packer is the Founding CEO of the Berkeley Open Innovation Squad.

In his capacity as CEO, Andrew leverages his rich experience in innovation strategy and technology implementation to guide and manage Open Innovation Squad Challenges. His professional experiences, including time with PwC, work with early stage startups, and on the executive Board of the Berkeley Energy and Resources Collaborative are marked by collaborations with leading corporations and innovative companies, advising them on integrating emerging technologies and forward-thinking strategies into their business models.
