Nathalie Muñoz
Program Manager
Nathalie Muñoz is the Program Manager for the Center for Responsible Business (CRB). In this role, she collaborates with students and the greater Haas and UC Berkeley community on various engagement and research programs to better prepare and inform the next generation of responsible leaders, stewards, and decision makers.
Before joining the CRB, she worked for the UC Berkeley Food Institute (BFI) as their Community Engagement Program Manager. There she built and facilitated relationships with local, statewide, and sometimes national and international partners in the food and farming system who could inform, enrich, and benefit from BFI’s research, policy, and education programs. She also spent time as the purchasing agent for the Berkeley Student Cooperative where she learned about the might of collective purchasing power and shared governance through cooperative business and housing. She is also a Cal transfer alum (2018) with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences.
Beyond her academic and professional pursuits at the intersection of food systems, social equity, and sustainability, Nathalie’s passion is deeply rooted in her heritage as the granddaughter of a Bracero farmworker, fueling her commitment to amplify the voices of marginalized individuals in the labor force.
