Strategy Consultation Product
How it works: Multidisciplinary teams of 5-7 MBAs, Berkeley graduate students, and select undergraduate business students are coached by a McKinsey consultant. Teams work with a nonprofit client to tackle a key strategic question for the organization.
In partnership with professional management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, this experiential learning course is co-taught by Paul Jansen, Director Emeritus, McKinsey & Company and founder of the Social Sector practice, and Joe Dougherty, Partner at Dalberg Advisors and Adjunct Professor of the Center for Social Sector Leadership.
A 15 week strategy consultation is offered to select nonprofit organizations by the Center for Social Sector Leadership at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. Social Sector Solutions helps social sector clients succeed with strategic and entrepreneurial ventures that leverage the background and skill set of Haas MBA students.
